In The Depths of Grief
A two hour live experience for the heart living in the aftermath of a profound, life-altering loss.
When someone you love dies, it can feel like the entire world you knew disappears overnight.
Nobody prepares you for what comes after. Not just the unbearable ache of missing them…but waking up inside a life that no longer feels like your own.
A life divided into before and after. A world where ordinary moments suddenly become unbearable.
Where a song, a smell, a date on the calendar, or a quiet drive home can bring you to your knees without warning.
Where everyone else seems to keep living while you’re left trying to understand how your entire world could disappear, and yet somehow everything around you keeps asking you to carry on.
If you’re here, chances are you’re exhausted. Exhausted from carrying a grief that touches every part of your life.
Exhausted from trying to survive moments that feel impossible. Exhausted from feeling like no one truly understands what this kind of loss has done to you.
This isn’t a space that will ask you to move on.
It isn’t here to pull you out of your grief. It’s a place to sit beside you inside it, and help you meet each moment with a little more steadiness, a little less fear, and a little more trust in your ability to make it through.
This is for you if…
♡ You’re living in the painful space between the life you loved… and the life you never imagined you’d have to learn to live.
♡ You’re grieving more than the person you love. You’re grieving the future, the routines, the safety, the identity, and the life that disappeared with them.
♡ You’re tired of feeling like your grief needs to be explained, defended, or made more comfortable for everyone else.
♡ You long for gentle ways to support yourself when grief catches you off guard—in the grocery store, on the drive home, in the middle of an ordinary Monday, or in the quiet of your own home.
♡ You don’t want to leave your person behind. You want to learn how to carry your love and your grief with greater compassion, while continuing to nurture and honor the love, connection and bond that will always be a part of you.
Reserve Your Space
In a world that often rushes you to quiet your grief, search for the lesson, focus on the positive, or become someone who is “doing better,” this is an invitation to something different.
Here, you won’t have to protect other people from your pain by pretending you’re okay.
Instead…
You’ll be invited into a space where your love is welcomed just as much as your grief.
A space where you can exhale.
Where you can put down the pressure to have all the answers or to carry this massive weight the way the world wants you to.
You’ll leave with gentle ways to support yourself through the moments that feel hardest to survive. Not because grief can be fixed. It can’t. But because you deserve gentle anchors to return to when grief begins to pull you under.

While I would love to have you there with us live, you are welcome to experience it in your own time and return to it whenever you need.
Do I have to be on camera or share during the experience?
♡ Not at all. This is a space where you get to honor your own capacity. You are welcome to have your camera on, share, and connect.
You are just as welcome to arrive quietly, listen, reflect, and receive whatever you need from our time together.
Is this only for people who recently experienced a loss?
♡ You are welcome here whether it’s been weeks since your loss or years. Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and neither does the need for support. This space is for anyone looking for compassionate ways to tend to their heart and support themselves after losing they deeply love.
What if I feel nervous about joining?
♡ It’s completely understandable to feel nervous. Many people join wondering if they’ll cry, if they’ll feel overwhelmed, or if they’ll fit in.
Please know there is no right way to show up here. You don’t have to speak, have your camera on, or have the “right” words. You are welcome exactly as you are, and we’ll move through our time together with gentleness, compassion, and care.
As someone who walked the love of her life to the end of his, I intimately know the soul-shattering ache of saying goodbye to the person you never imagined living a single day without.
I know what it feels like to wake up in the after, carrying a love that is still so alive while trying to find your footing in a world that keeps moving.
If your heart is tired… if you’re longing for gentle ways to support yourself through the moments that feel unbearable, the grief waves that take your breath away, the panic that finds you in the middle of an ordinary day, or the moments where the weight of your loss feels almost impossible to bear, I would be honored to spend these two hours with you.
Because the love you hold deserves to be honored, and the heart holding it deserves to be held too. 💗
