This experience is not about pulling you our of your grief, asking you to move forward, or expecting you to leave any part of your love behind. It’s an invitation to enter a space where your grief foes not have to be explained, minimized, or made more comfortable for anyone else. A space where we will come closer to what hurts, gently tend to the parts of you carrying so much, and honor the love that lives within you.

Together, we’ll explore what grief has been carrying beneath the surface — in your heart, your body, your mind, your relationships, and the way you move through the world.

And from that place of deeper understanding, we’ll enter into rituals, reflections, and grounding practices to help you meet yourself in the moments when grief feels too heavy to hold alone.

    Part 2: Learning How to Hold Yourself Inside Your Grief

    ♡ Gentle rituals, reflections and grounding practices to support you through the waves, triggers, and moments when grief feels especially heavy.

    ♡ Ways to tend to the parts of you that are hurting, searching, missing, remembering, and learning how to live in a world that now feels completely different.

    ♡ Exploring your next gentle step forward - not away from your grief or the person you love, but toward feeling more supported, anchored, and safe within yourself.

    ♡ A closing guided meditation to honor your grief, your love, and the bond and connection that always remain.

  • This live experience will be held on Thursday July 16th with two gathering times available:

    12:00 PM – 2:00 PM NYC Time
    or
    7:30 PM – 9:30 PM NYC Time

    You are welcome to choose the time that feels most supportive for you and your schedule.

    One week before the event, you will receive the Zoom link and everything you need to join. The same link will give you access to either gathering time, allowing you to choose the space that feels right for you.

    You’ll also receive a gentle reminder a day before we gather, along with your companion workbook to support you during our time together.

  • Will there be a replay if I can’t attend live?

    ♡ Yes. This event will be recorded and the replay will be sent out after our time together, so you can return to it whenever you need. While I would love to have you there with us live, you are welcome to join and receive the full experience in your own time.

    Do I have to be on camera or share during the workshop?

    ♡ Not at all. This is a space where you get to honor your own capacity. You are welcome to have your camera on, share, and connect — and you are just as welcome to arrive quietly, listen, reflect, and receive support.

    Is this only for people who recently experienced a loss?

    ♡ You are welcome here whether it’s been weeks since your loss or years. This space is for anyone who is navigating life after losing someone they deeply love.

    What if I feel nervous about joining?

    ♡ That is totally okay and understandable. Many people arrive carrying anxiety, uncertainty, or simply wondering if there will truly be space for everything they are bringing with them.

    You don’t have to prepare, explain, or show up any differently than exactly as you are. There is space for all of it here.

As someone who walked the love of her life to the edge of his, I know the soul-shattering ache of saying goodbye to the person you never imagined living a single day without.

I know what it feels like to wake up in the after… carrying a love that is still so alive while trying to exist in a world that keeps moving.
