The love our person left us with is permanently tucked so deep inside us. Irrevocably placed there. A love that covers and protects our heart. Almost like an insulation of pure love around our entire being.

Love is what’s behind, in front of, in between and beside all of it.

Accepting and honoring a beautiful life and all the ways that you met true love through that life.

Give yourself compassion especially on the extra hard days. Slowly but surely, you will find yourself.

A year of confusion, a year of figuring out who I am, a year of mourning a life I loved…
