Inside our time together

Two 90 minute live Zoom sessions (It’s okay to be off camera)

Day One: Grounding in The Storm

A gentle, compassionate space to understand what’s happening inside your mind, heart and body in deep grief because nothing is wrong with you!. You will learn how grief impacts your nervous system and why everything feels so disorienting. We will explore simple, supportive tools and practices that you can turn to in the exact moment you’re overwhelmed - like when you are out in public and a wave hits, or when you are lying in bed overwhelmed by it’s weight.

You will leave Day One with:

  • A deeper understanding of what grief is doing inside of you and how it hijacks your brain and nervous system.

  • Gentle grounding techniques you can use in the moment.

  • Ways to offer yourself compassion when your system is flooded.

  • A PDF with everything we cover, so you can go back to these practices anytime you need.

    Day Two: Meeting Yourself Within

    This day is about tuning inward - quieting the noise, the pressure, the expectations - and learning to speak to yourself with softness. We’ll explore how to make space for your grief on your terms, getting through the day, and how to begin creating a sense of safety inside your own body again.

    You will leave Day Two with

  • Tangible tools to survive the spiral moments: panic, numbness, rage, anxiety.

  • Soft ways to anchor into your breath and body during the hard moments.

  • Scripts and grief affirmations you can use when

    your mind turns against you.

  • Practices to calm your inner world when everything feels like too much.

  • Safe space to share, be witnessed, or simply be with others walking this path.

  • Another PDF with session slides, practices and grief-affirming support.

This is not about transformation. It’s about survival.

It’s about making it through the hour when your chest feels like it’s caving in.

It’s about learning how to soften, even a little, when the world feels unbearably sharp.

It’s about honoring your emotions in their rawest, most unfiltered form without judging them.
